Job Description

The Analytics & Insights Coordinator role is a key element to Performics’ analytics product and team expansion. The role requires you to wear two hats, part implementation specialist, and part data analyst. 

You will be responsible for discovering, analysing and presenting insights from web data to recommend, create and execute site tagging and analysis that drive fundamental improvements to our clients’ businesses.

This position will work closely with our paid and earned media teams to identify gaps in data capture and collaboratively implement enhancements. This position reports to the Head of Analytics & Innovation.

You have a passion for data, analytics and problem solving while also enjoy looking for insights that will drive greater consumer engagement with the other performance marketing teams

KEY OUTPUTS

  • Assist with the set-up and implementation of tracking and reporting tools
  • Set up customize web analytics systems including tagging tasks and page elements
  • Develop reporting templates based on the key metrics and defined ROI’s of clients and client teams
  • Perform data mining, search analysis, clickstream analysis, and conversation path testing and monitoring
  • Perform cross platform analysis and design integrated dashboards using business intelligence tools
  • Assist with prioritisation, implementation and project management of recommendations
  • Strive to identify improvements beyond analytics & data

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or higher, in a quantitative discipline like Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data and Analytics
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office programs with significant experience in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables etc)
  • Knowledge of digital analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and similar analytics tools would be advantageous
  • GA IQ certification preferred and experience in SQL ideal but not essential
  • Ability to stay apprised of website/app changes and updates
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with multiple stakeholders
