Job Description

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will help to define the product vision and be responsible for developing the positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy for the Data Sciences suite of Products and Services within Publicis Media.  This includes defining our capabilities, creating differentiated sales positioning, developing compelling product marketing collateral and sales tools, monitoring the competitive landscape, spotting industry trends, offering strategic product development input and guidance, and communicating with senior management and agency stakeholders on a regular basis. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advertising as well as a firm understanding of media, digital and traditional marketing tactics and KPIs. This candidate must have the ability to translate complex capabilities into clear value-based positioning statements and lead successful go-to-market programs within a rapidly changing market environment. 

Key Tasks & Responsibilities 
-    Support in the ideation and productization of Data Sciences products and services including strategy and roadmap development to drive adoption  
-    Develop product messaging that clearly articulates and differentiates offerings in the market 
-    Create internal training programs that describe the positioning, value proposition, capabilities, adoption strategies and other best practices for products and services 
-    Support agency teams with a robust capabilities kit including presentations, briefs, FAQs and related collateral 
-    Evangelize Data Sciences products, services, best practices and point of view to both agencies and clients 
-    Develop and drive the cross-functional, go-to-market strategy for new releases and enhancements
-    Lead competitive intelligence and analysis, including win-loss, competitive positioning, and SWOT analyses 
 

Qualifications

-    Bachelor's degree or equivalent (MBA preferred)
-    4+ years of experience in Product Marketing or a similar role in a SaaS company 
-    Agency or technology start-up experience preferred
-    Experience in developing packaging and positioning SaaS products 
-    Client strategy or planning experience a plus
-    Exceptional written and verbal skills with meticulous attention to detail 
-    Outstanding communication skills, and in particular the ability to convert complex ideas and quantitative data into simple messages 
-    Proven ability to participate in and influence cross-functional teams 
-    Ability to solicit and synthesize customer and market feedback for actionable recommendations on positioning, messaging, and product development 
-    Experience analyzing product, customer, market dynamics, and opportunities 
-    Creative flair to bring fresh ideas into product positioning and marketing campaigns
-    Self-motivated with outstanding execution and problem-solving ability, as well as analytical and quantitative skills 
-    Strong passion for learning new things
