Job Description

In response to demand for our influencer marketing offering, we require an Influencer Marketing Associate Director to join our growing content marketing department.

Reporting to the Head of Influencer Marketing, you will be responsible for developing our influencer marketing proposition as well as managing and executing multiple campaigns across a range of UK and global network clients. You will manage and develop a team of five, providing them with guidance and support through regular feedback, appraisals and effective delegation. Your natural talent for motivating and inspiring others will enhance productivity within your team and build on our offering.

  • Your contribution to the definition of best practice and development of processes for our influencer offering along with your passion and creative thinking will ensure you and your team deliver award winning campaigns.
  • Proactively support all new business opportunities and inspire your team to take part
  • Discuss our influencer marketing proposition with client stakeholders and senior members across the agency to sell-in our content marketing services
  • Work with wider content and digital teams to integrate influencer marketing opportunities into client’s wider content marketing and digital strategy
  • Actively ensure you and your team are up to date with all client, internal, 3rd party providers’ initiatives and industry and consumer insights
  • Develop our influencer offering by testing new technologies and building case studies to support up-sell, cross-sell and new business opportunities.
  • Gather audience, market and business insights to build into client campaigns, using a variety of tools including social insights platforms
  • Bake the bigger picture into client campaign activation, by showing integration across the digital landscape

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, the data and social statistics behind it in order to demonstrate campaign success
  • Up to date with the latest trends, pop culture and news/media
  • Deep understanding of social media channel landscape and evolving trends
  • In depth knowledge of all legal regulations relevant to the influencer space
  • Exceptional judgment when working with influencers, team members, client contacts, and vendors as well as strong negotiation skills
  • Track record of successfully developing influencer strategies, identifying targets and executing successful campaigns
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
