Job Description

The Performance Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the implementation and management of industry-leading search engine marketing (SEM), Digital Display, Paid Social and Programmatic strategies. 

As an Performance Coordinator, you are key to supporting our Account Management team perform extraordinary results for our clients. One of your key responsibilities will be to provide performance reporting and insights to client account team, to help make strategic decisions. You will also work closely with team ensuring budgets are spent within daily/monthly limits and are correctly reconciled at the end of each month.  

Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of how to manage PPC/SEM, Paid Social or Programmatic campaigns. Preferably, one year experience
  • A basic understanding of Google AdWords, Doubleclick Campaign Management, Doubleclick Bid Management and their interface
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, logical thinker and high attention to detail
  • Microsoft Excel skills and experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Results and performance focused
  • Team player who takes ownership and enjoys executing and delivering exceptional results.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external agencies.
  • An eagerness to understand the wider digital marketing sphere, specifically: social, mobile, SEO and emerging search trends
