Primary responsibilities:


1.Produce winning work:

·Full accountability for a first-class pitch management process from kick-off to post-pitch  contact strategy on significant global or  multi-market pitches ($10m+ revenue)

·Elevate the strategic proposition and commercial offering; and support pitch leads in  telling simple but compelling brand-led stories

2.Lead teams:

·Build strong and connected teams from across Publicis Media to help client’s solve their  business challenges

·Close collaboration our network teams to ensure a  consistent new business strategy is  deployed on multi-market pitches

3.People Management

·Coach and mentor New Business Managers to ensure seamless management of a first-  class pitch management process and add strategic value at each stage of the pitch  process

·Set and manage expectations of senior Brand and Publicis Media executives across the  pitch process

4.Scale excellence:

·A  collaborative partner for Local Business Development leads and CEOs  to access best  practise materials and provide in-market support on key local pitches (when  required)

·Ensure consistent improvement from pitch-to-pitch ensuring we are always pushing the  boundaries and reaching new heights

Core KPIs:

1.Produce winning work: Lead and convert global pitches to contribute towards a 50% revenue  conversation goal globally

2.People management: Develop New Business Managers into future leaders

3.Continuous improvement: Celebrate wins, learn from losses and improve next time

·Can effectively consult, manage and occasionally challenge all levels of management and  personnel

·Ability to perform in a fast paced and changing environment, under pressure to deadline



·Bachelor’s degree

·8+ years’ senior experience in media planning/strategy, integrated marketing or similar

·Able to include periods of travel as part of regular routine
