Job Description

Overview:

This position requires a detail-focused person to oversee day-to-day campaign management on the Oracle account for specific lines of business in North America as well as support corporate branding efforts.

 

In this career stage, you have mastered the basics and are exercising small team direct leadership (1-2 direct reports) and cross-team collaboration in pursuit of Zenith’s and the client's goals. You have higher levels of accountability for decision-making and use of written, verbal and interpersonal communication in working with clients. (e.g., client presentations, confirming approvals, plan recommendations, etc.). You work directly with junior clients, building strong relationships and managing needs in collaboration with your manager.

We also provide Oracle with a “Power of One” Publicis Solution, working closely with our sister creative agency Leo Burnett, on all Oracle production and creative.

 

Responsibilities:

 

 

Media Planning & Buying

•       Develop audience and marketplace analyses

•       Develop vendor RFPs based on client briefs

•       Develop integrated and strategic plan proposals, oversee vendor negotiations

•       Select media partners and creatively recommend scheduling based on overall strategic goal of client

 

Campaign Activation & Management

•       QA launch prior to launch, confirm once live that tracking is correct, and data is flowing

•       Deliver proofs of posting to clients for launched media

•       Oversee needed approvals from clients

•       Proactively create strategy and recap decks

 

 

Performance Management

•       Review data and reports for accuracy

•       Analyze data for key trends and insights

•       Communicate campaign performance in relation to media and business objectives

•       Recommend optimizations based on data analysis

•       Preemptively identify delivery challenges and lead directive to right the course

 

Budget Management

•       Review / approve Statements of Work

•       Review IOs for accuracy according to approved media plans and expected terms

•       Review / approve draft billing to ensure accurate payment

•       Manage large, complex budgets and provide regular forecasting updates

 

Communication

•       Lead weekly client status meetings

•       Deliver post meeting wrap ups that include clear next steps

•       Prepare thorough and concise written and verbal communication

•       Manage client expectations on deliverables

•       Provide relevant and timely updates to managers

•       Lead and/or co-lead client presentations

 

Workload and Time Management

•       Train direct report on tasks and concepts required to fulfill responsibilities

•       Delegate effectively, providing clear direction and expectations

•       Manage direct report to ensure projects are completed

•       Communicate with manager on direct report development

•       Regularly provide feedback to direct reports

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, along with 3-4 years digital media, agency experience
  • Proven presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Established knowledge of digital marketing approaches and practices like programmatic, video, social, and native. Non-digital media experience in television and event marketing is a plus.
  • Strong mathematic and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in PRISMA and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with 3rd party ad servers like DoubleClick and Innovid
  • Applicable management and training skills
  • A curious mind that looks for innovative solutions
