Job Description

As a Senior Executive in the Partnerships team you are responsible for supporting the Associate Directors & Project Managers with the day to day management of campaigns and providing data and research for branded content partnerships for both existing and new business opportunities. You will also project manage your own branded content partnerships, across sponsorship, product placement and advertiser funded programmes (AFPs). You will need to be able to manage your time across multiple projects and work to deadlines under pressure.

 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Project manage integrated partnership solutions across a range of SMG clients, including brand partnerships, sponsorships, advertiser funded programmes and product placement
  • Challenge suppliers & media owners to deliver innovative responses to briefs & provide solutions to client challenges
  • Provide data and research for partnership opportunities and new business pitches
  • Support Manager with responding to briefs and present ideas to enhance campaigns
  • Support leadership team with project managing campaigns and delivering against KPIs
  • Follow established guidelines and processes
  • Prioritise work-load and manage tasks to achieve deadlines
  • Take a proactive role in learning client’s business
  • Give input at internal status meetings
  • Deliver against objectives which align with our department up-streams
  • Measure the success of campaigns, providing monthly & post campaign reports as required
  • Build strong relationships with your team and members of the wider agency
  • Develop relationships with media owners and client agency partners
  • Communicate with clients as directed by Manager
  • Be involved in training and development of graduates
  • Understand the billing process and how to add bookings to DDS and Prisma
  • Support leadership team to ensure partnership deals are structured for the benefit of clients and help to negotiate rates which are competitive

Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • At least 18 months exposure to a media role including branded content partnerships
  • Basic knowledge of all media channels
  • Specialist knowledge in at least one media channel
  • Project management skills and a level of negotiation skills
  • Proven success in delivering successful branded content partnerships
  • Familiar with different types of content and what makes content engaging
  • Experience using research tools
  • Flexible and hard working - used to working to deadlines under pressure
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of media maths
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Can-do attitude
