Job Description

The Product Manager will play a key role within the Global Product team to help develop & manage use cases, functional requirements, product development backlog, and product documentation associated with the development of modules and components for the product. The Product Manager will also assist with cross-functional teams for product execution and launch under the direction of the VP Product. The Product Manager will work independently and help mentor Associate Product Managers on the team. The role will require collaboration with key stakeholders on the product team and external users to keep client needs top of mind. This role will require elicitation and documentation of requirements for product initiatives. The ideal candidate will have very strong technical expertise and experience working with engineering.

Responsibilities:
•    Collaborate with product managers, engineers and end users to define and document product requirements and identify product tests and use cases
•    Monitor all inquiries and issues for the product and be able to articulate them clearly to team, prioritize them in the backlog, and ensure timely resolution
•    Help support efficient working of all phases of product development, including sprint planning, retrospectives, etc., and managing tickets in Jira, as needed
•    Stay on top of industry changes, through partnerships and self-research/learning that may have direct impact on product
 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Advertising, or Marketing. Master’s Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant experience; at least 1 year with data science or data engineering products is preferred
  • Experience in 3 or more of the following technical areas is a plus
    • Ad Servers (DCM, Sizmek), DMPs, DSP (DoubleClick DBM or The Trade Desk preferred)
    • ID level Audience analytics and modeling
    • TV planning (Linear, OTT)
    • Audience Data Billing 
    • Walled Gardens
    • Digital Attribution
    • Client Data Onboarding
  • Ability to query and manage data in a SQL or NoSQL environment, and on AWS
  • Good understanding of modeling techniques and methods
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both in person and written
  • Experience working within an agile framework and using tools such as Jira is a plus
  • Experience participating in sprint planning, retrospectives, daily standups, etc.
  • Positive and strong team player with a good work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in an environment where priorities may shift due to industry, product, or user needs
