Job Description

Assisting the strategic media planning process and being the day-to-day media steward on all issues related to media campaigns, you will be fully engaged in the complete planning and activation process, working with a supporting team of executives/buyers.

 

Specifically, you will:

  • Develop strategic media plans based on client marketing direction and the use of media research
  • Clearly present media plans in written presentations and face-to-face to peers and clients
  • Listen well, to clients and internal teams, and synthesize information accurately and efficiently to guide campaign development and execution
  • Able to absorb many details, while keeping focus of the big picture
  • Able to prioritize and re-prioritize many tasks at once
  • Activate on client needs for digital, print, OOH, TV and mobile media
  • Manage the flow of client media-related issues based on changes in direction, goals and budgets.
  • Foster a good working relationship across the agency with account and creative teams, and with client points of contact to facilitate flawless execution of plans
  • Provide recommendations for improvement of content and format
  • Maintain good rapport with media representatives and vendors; push vendors to work collaboratively to deliver original solutions to satisfy client needs
  • Explore media alternatives and be naturally innovative in recommending media solutions; determine the solution, deliver the recommendation and stand behind it

Qualifications

You will be/have:

  • 3 years’ of media planning experience with at least a diploma and above
  • Experience in amplifying and activation of paid social: FB / IG, YT, Twitter, Linkedin, Snapchat
  • Ability to provide recommendation for Social campaign planning and activation based on the campaign objective and KPI provided
  • Strong fundamental Office tools of Powerpoint and Excel (pivot, macro, and etc)
  • Strong fundamental like power editor, google ads (adwords), twitter, snapchat, linkedin
  • Understand the basic skill and knowledge of social amplification and buying mode
  • A team player, self-starter and multi-tasker
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Diligent delivery against strict timelines
  • Must be resourceful and highly organized – ability to learn and work independently and with a team
  • Experienced in digital and traditional media planning
  • Excellent communication, writing and verbal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to review data and campaign performance to deliver learnings and recommend optimizations, and the ability to synthesize client-provided campaign material to focus campaign planning and execution
  • Complete proficiency with Microsoft Excel, with strong understanding of full Microsoft Office suite
  • Intrinsic knowledge of media terminology and landscape
  • Certification of Facebook Blueprint and Adwords certification are a plus
 
Training will be provided in using the tool of: LUMINA (planning tool), TITAN (reporting dashboard), WRIKE and JIRA (job request)
