Job Description

A fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading Global Media Agency, Publicis Media, in our APAC Business Development team, based in Singapore.

The successful candidate would join our team and concentrate on driving business growth in the region across our four agency brands: Starcom, Zenith, Blue449 and Spark Foundry. The core requirements of this role would encompass all aspects of the new business process including: RFI/RFP submissions, pitch presentation approach and deck content creation, and pitch collateral. This role would also be responsible for supporting the operational workings and fast moving nature of the pitch process including setting up timelines, communicating information to the pitch team, coordinating local markets and managing workflow.

In addition to pitching, the role would work closely with the Business Development Lead to track and report new business wins and losses within the region as well as manage the pitch pipeline and bi-weekly status updates. This role would also be tasked to manage our case study library and credentials.

The ideal candidate will have the appetite to learn and collaborate with our team and be someone who is constantly pursuing new ideas in and looking for ways to grow, experiment and create work that stands out. This person needs to be an effective and efficient project manager and be able to coordinate across multiple markets. They must be able to demonstrate the ability to juggle several live projects at any one time; capable of working to tight deadlines; not afraid to work late on projects when required, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Additionally, strategic and fundamental media skills are highly desired to be able to support pitch strategic content development.

  • Committed to high quality of work and to building positive and productive relationships with agency senior management

  • Strong written and verbal communicator

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint and Word

  • Be trained in Media fundamentals

  • 4-6 years of related experience
