Job Description

Spark is looking for talented analysts at the junior or associate level to support our programmatic buying team. The analysts will work closely with our buyers to help formulate initial campaign strategies, identify and optimize towards client KPI's, troubleshoot inconsistencies in our data, and provide actionable insight on how to keep everything running smoothly.

Although it is expected that applicants will be comfortable working in Excel, the ideal applicant should be open to learning new technologies and becoming a subject matter expert for both the client and for the rest of the agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and analyze data from multiple sources into actionable insights for the programmatic buying team.

• Create and regularly update client-facing dashboards both in Excel and in web-based reporting tools.

• Learn the ins and outs of the programmatic advertising market and help to formulate strategies for campaign launch and optimization.

• Participate on weekly calls with buyers and clients to present findings and discuss campaign performance.

• Work with the digital analytics team to accurately model programmatic’s role in cross-media campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a professional business environment preferred, recent graduate and entry level applicants welcome.

• Undergraduate degree in either Business, Mathematics, Economics or Computer Science.

• Excel fluency is required. SQL, VBA or Python are a huge plus. Or willing to learn.

• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects at once while keeping key stakeholders happy.
