Job Description

The primary role of the Media Manager is to maintain client leadership and service management through the delivery of the ROI+ vision – the relentless pursuit of marketing-led growth

 Media Manager Responsibilities:

  • Client Management -  establishes and maintains trusted client relationships taking a proactive approach in partnering with clients to deliver key Media KPIs
  • Agency leadership – takes an active role in providing campaign planning support and guidance as required across other agency teams
  • Partner Agency Relationships – Takes an active role in building proactive support and insight for partner agencies
  • Media Owner Relationships – Takes an active role to build trusted media owner relationships
  • Involvement in new business process pitches
  • ROI+ Planning  - delivery of innovative and effective campaign planning recommendations
  • ROI+ Implementation  - the management of media implementation across all media including smart ROI+ effectiveness metrics – with support from Digital team

Core Responsibilities

  • Manages client media expectations in partnership with the Business Director, helping to develop & lead team to deliver the highest standard of work and service
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients, focusing on building trusted partnerships – driven by communication
  • Proactively anticipate clients’ media requirements with a view to both short term and longer term client needs  
  • Ensures clients are informed on general media industry topics which may affect their business
  • Attends brand planning workshops, client presentations and any other client meetings that require presence from Zenith
  • Manage the preparation of client documentation and financial reconciliation across client business
  • Managing the accurate and timely delivery of media reporting
  • Manages the workflow of the group to ensure that tasks are delivered on time and the team are continually learning
  • Work closely with BD to identity opportunities for diversified services
  • Maintains an active understanding of client profitability and team financial performance and Management
