Job Description

Oversee TAAG and Data Strategy projects for Samsung’s HQ media team

Provide TAAG and Data Strategy guidelines to 50+ market teams to enable more successful activations, given various market skill sets and maturity

Oversight of Samsung’s global media and creative taxonomy:

·         Maintenance of guidelines per data and reporting requirements

·         Education with markets and creative agencies

·         Tracking and monitoring via automation dashboard

·         Support in market trouble shooting

·         Strategy around global resourcing for taxonomy adherence

Provide strategic POVs on the use of data and Ad Tech / MarTech for more effective and efficient media activations

·         Internal education

Client presentation to mid-level and up to C-level clients across Markets

Hands-on experience in platforms such as Ad Server, DMP, DSP

Manage team of distributed resources

Data and Platform Strategy

• Deep understanding of technology and data ecosystem

• Ability to develop capability requirements and identify gaps

• Ability to translate business needs into a supporting data and platform strategy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 10+ years of professional experience in consulting (strategy or operations), digital and advanced analytics, marketing technology, digital strategy, and buying.
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding sense of urgency.  Proven track record in establishing priorities
  • Strong entrepreneurial mind-set with the drive to dig in, problem solve, and evolve solutions; comfortable providing clarity in times of ambiguity
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with technology
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
