What you’ll do:

You will apply your technical knowledge and expertise as member of the Solutions Squad team, working closely with Product, Partnerships, Client Services and Market leads to provide solutions that wow our clients, both internal and external. You will be responsible for developing and delivering customized solutions, ecosystem integrations, and being a subject matter expert on Publicis PeopleCloud. You’ll design and build highly dynamic, data-driven solutions and keep current on the latest developments and trends in technology.

The ideal candidate will have current, hands-on engineering experience developing at-scale, service-oriented software using the best cloud offerings from Amazon, Microsoft or Google. You will also have a working knowledge of the Ad Tech and Marketing Tech landscapes. Finally, you will be a passionate team player with an affinity for innovative thinking and air-tight execution.

Day to day, your responsibilities will include:

• Working on team responsible for architecting and developing customized solutions that solve business problems through technology stacks.
• Leading technical design and implementation of practical, maintainable project solutions utilizing cloud services
• Identifying appropriate cloud service solutions to support client or product needs
• Keeping a pulse on evolving cloud services across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
• Encouraging team awareness and adoption of relevant emerging technologies
• Openly and clearly communicating project status, risks and challenges
• Mentoring more junior team members and leading peer-level code reviews
• Flexible to be pulled into project deliveries requiring either coding or configuration tasks

Candidate must have experience in all of these areas:

• A technology degree along with extensive software development & technical architecture experience.
• Experience with deploying cloud-based solutions and utilizing cloud services, e.g. Amazon. Multi-cloud experience is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of the Ad Tech and Marketing Tech landscapes
• Must have expert technical knowledge of Data Management Platforms (DMP).
• Must have experience in Python, Java and C# programming languages.
• Experience using Amazon Web Services application including EC2 and EMR.
• Experience with GitHub, Couchbase, node.js and JavaScript is required.
• Awareness of security concerns and approaches for both web applications and/or data
• Willingness to learn new things, technology stacks but balancing that with delivery expectations
• Experience preferred with working with large data sets or data driven applications.
• A proven track record of leading, mentoring and developing technical teams.
• Understanding of software engineering methodologies.
• Good team skills – you’re diplomatic in negotiating and resolving conflicts.
• Experience architecting and developing applications
• Experience working on cloud function
