Job Description
Position Purpose
Has a supporting role as they learn how the agency operates. Responsible for maintaining schedules, statuses, POA routing, among other additional activities. This entry-level position is for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, service-focused individual who will manage under the direction of project managers. High performers will have opportunities for growth within Program Leadership, Account Leadership or other departments.

Responsibilities
Assist in generating, updating and distributing requirement specifications, schedules, project reports, design specifications, meeting agendas, conference reports/minutes and status reports as needed
Expertly versed in work flow steps, involving creative development, execution and production for projects.
Insure process and workflow is being adhered to; raise flags for potential issues/delays and recommend possible solutions as well as identify/track/report on project progress and milestones
Develops draft production schedules for smaller projects (or portions of projects) that balance /client needs and internal talent availability
Build Change Requests to document client and internal feedback
Work in ticketing system to deliver task/defect/maintenance requests
Pro-active in managing all the details throughout the project, to ensure that all action-items are accomplished on a timely and accurate basis
Works in conjunction with a more senior Producer to communicate implications of changed plans to the team in an effective and timely manner
Escalates issues appropriately and professionally; demonstrates good judgment during escalation process
Assists in preparation for client meetings
Collaborate daily with Producers and team
Coordinate asset collection from vendors and partners
Assist in adding new assets to library and documenting licensing rights and usage
Accountable for Quality Assurance on every project deliverable that crosses their desk
Assist in filing the job request, Change Order and Purchase Order requests
Effectively manages projects through use of appropriate resources and processes.
Updating the client Extranet on regular intervals with project status, design reviews and other major deliverables
Maintains rights management database for team
Active involvement in Moxie, ZO and externally throughout the industry
Other responsibilities as assigned
Required Knowledge/Skills/Experience
Bachelor’s degree
Experience or knowledge of the interactive space and/or agency experience
Entry level up to two years
Ability to work cross disciplinary across all of the functional departments
Ability to adapt to several different team structures / types of work; project work assigned by the quarter
