Job Description

THE CLIENT

You will be working on a large retail client!

Once the successful candidate is settled there are opportunities to work on a secondary account. There is also opportunity to contribute to new business as/when appropriate.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ATTITUDE REQUIRED

•    As Senior Planner, you'll  possess a clear understanding of the media marketplace, and a good working knowledge of all media channels, including a strong grasp of digital
•    Be competent and confident in the planning and curation of cost efficient media plans which align with the overall brand strategy
•    Be highly articulate 
•    Have the skills to assess the contribution of one medium from another
•    Able to efficiently manage deadlines, prioritise tasks and manage your own workload, as well as contributing to the management of the Planner and Graduate Planner on the team.
•    Consistently demonstrate proactivity and initiative 
•    Have a good degree of financial aptitude to ensure accurate client budgeting, accounting & reporting 
•    Be an ideas person, excited to brainstorm new approaches and solutions for clients. 
•    Enjoy collaboration and working on a fast-paced account
•    Be able to assist and contribute towards any new business initiatives, as directed by the GAD/BD

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD
•    Be an existing Planner / Account Executive looking to take a step up, or already a Senior Executive
•    Experience of training Graduates/Planners
•    Have worked on a retail or large fast paced account or has a desire to do so
