Job Description

Purpose:

Uncover culture, audience behaviour and content consumption trends to inform and craft content strategies for Blue 449 clients.

Responsibilities:

•        Support Content Strategy Practice by providing category insights and data culled from social engagement and search trend analysis to inform account content planning and new business pitches.

•        Contribute to the development of content activation opportunities with media partners, influencers and talent relevant to defined content strategy, providing strategic briefing and guiding creative approach.

•        Perform regular content audits utilizing both proprietary research methods and 3rd party tools to supply search and social data identifying white space opportunities surrounding brand positioning and content consumption.

•        Provide social and search summary reports of large-scale tentpole events for partnership summary presentations detailing brand activation and impact.

•        Prepare presentation materials transforming data into visual and easy to understand insights.

Qualifications

Expertise: Deep knowledge of search and social analytics, including search and social trends, keyword analysis and social listening.  Able to translate heavy data into simple to understand insights/direction.

Connected: Is aware of and engaged with social platforms and content consumption both professionally and personally, has a good understanding of social platform use in everyday consumer life.

Strategy: Culturally tapped-in and able to identify trends with ease. Has worked with a strategy practice and understands compelling insights and diverse audiences.

Multi-tasker: Ability to balance multiple demands and projects effectively, can self-motivate to initiate and complete projects.
 Relationships and Teamwork: Is seen as a team player and is collaborative, easily establishes self as a resource.

Technical: Experience using search and social analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Buzzsumo, Netbase, and influencer planning tools, such as Julius. Experience working in Excel. Powerpoint design proficiency.
