Descripción del empleo

• Create monthly social media calendars by channel, 24/7 community management approach - monitor all engagement & fan messages and respond accordingly
• Build in collaboration with the social media director tactical campaigns and strategical recommendations. 
• Prepare paid social programmes and produce recap programme reports
• Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting documenting the brand’s social media activities, utilising specific reporting tools.
• Plan and manage monthly local content creation (stills, GIFs, videos), with the creative team. 
• Work closely with micro and macro influencers to drive social engagement and brand awareness. 
• Cross-functionally collaboration with our media partners to amplify social media presence/relevance

 

Requisitos

• Bilingual
• Have a strong background in social media; preferably within the luxury industry (2y experience at the very least)
• Be an organized, motivated and independent individual with a strong attention to detail.
• A strong background in paid social media, reporting and analytics and an affinity for pulling and interpreting reports based on social media
• Experience working with influencers and UGC
• Ideally has experience with social media tools, such as Hootsuite and Social Bakers 
• Agency candidates are a plus. 
• Excellent people skills are vital in order to build collaborative relationships within the organisation.
• Strong copy writing and analytical skills and an understanding of digital language
• Good communication and presentation skills.
