The Business Integration Manager is responsible for the application of data driven insights into the Connect @ Publicis planning, investment and measurement process. Additionally, the role requires the candidate design and lead the implementation of modern measurement plans and longer-term roadmaps for this client. Working closely with the internal client teams and Analytics leads is a vital part of the role, with accountability for the highest quality execution of a diverse array of client and project deliverables. Functions as expert technical point of escalation, analytical problem solver and technical translator to internal account teams and clients. Provides ongoing strategic account direction/vision for technology, process and digital reporting/insights
o Manages a team of 1-2 analysts assigned to a large alcoholic beverage manufacturer account
Coaches and mentors analysts, provides strategic input, assists in the completion of projects and ensures career milestones are being met
Oversees digital campaign performance reporting. Provides over-arching inputs and recommendations
o Ensures knowledge transfer across teams to elevate and integrate skills across all talent
o Leads the team in identifying process and analytic improvement opportunities
• Project Management-Measurement Plans, Brand Studies, Reporting, Ad-hoc requests
o Collaborates with media teams to develop measurement plans based on campaign objectives and/or media briefs
o Partners with strategy and investment to scopes, designs and implements brand studies
Exercises strong project management skills, oversees resource management and quality and timely deliverables
Manages vendor relationships
o Provides thought leadership in solving complex business problems using data
o Comfortable working with ambiguity and working across disparate data sets to address business needs
o Partners with Agency’s Connected Intelligence team to ensure data is properly & accurately ingested & displayed within custom designed dashboards (Datorama)
o Ability to identify the business implications and develop recommendations based on results analysis and business acumen
o Present insights and recommendations to internal and external teams
o Conduct robust assessment to provide POVs on new data sources/vendors/data collection opportunities
• Digital Marketplace Experience
o Understanding of digital media required
o Basic to Intermediate understanding of media studies and implementation (brand lift, sales lift, etc.)
o Proficient in digital measurement partners & capabilities (DoubleClick, GA, Nielsen DAR, Moat, Innovid, IAS, Double Verify, ComScore, etc.)
o Comfortable accessing data in a variety of formats (ranging from raw data to dashboards)
o Understand fundamentals of test design
• The successful candidate will have experience and expertise in how to intersect consulting skills, data, advanced analytics and marketing strategy to drive and improve clients’ business results
• BA (in quantitative sciences preferred -Economics, Finance, Statistics, etc.)
• High detail and coordination skills required; able to accurately exchange/ track with high volumes of data and manage timely status updates with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• 4-6 years of work experience in a quantitative business environment. Digital media preferred
• Strong technical aptitude to quickly learn new tools and techniques
• High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Data manipulation and statistical tools (Alteryx, SQL, R, Python, SAS, SPSS, etc.) a plus
• Ad serving cookie level data (Atlas, DoubleClick)
• Data Visualization tools (DatoRama, Tableau)
