Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Strategist with expertise and deep knowledge in the CRM and Digital Experience space. The ideal candidate should have diverse marketing strategy background that 1.) Helps provide data driven insights and leadership for client’s customer acquisition, loyalty and retention efforts 2.) Ability to develop short-term communication planning recommendations 3.) Manage analytic teams, transfer results to actionable ideas and work fluidly with creative and experience teams. We need a strong leader who can help identify and prioritize our clients’ marketing initiatives to accelerate purchase velocity. Given that this is a multi-faceted role, this candidate should have the ability to carve out a niche role within the strategy team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead a cross-functional team in the collaborative development of base and/or acquisition program initiatives including content strategy requirements for specific projects.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the clients’ category and unique business dynamics within the category.
  • Develop a deep understanding of consumer behavior from both first-party data sources and analyses as well as third-party research.
  • Be proactive in understanding marketing automation technologies and staying current with the latest industry platforms and capabilities.
  • Develop insightful creative briefs to provide focus and direction to developing creative program assets.
  •  Map customer journey to multi-channel touchpoints and identify opportunities for personalization.
  •  Develop insights and opportunities based on competitive audits and landscape analysis.
  • Provide guidance across the messaging and content lifecycle.
  • Occasionally contribute to new business work and thought leadership content

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience at an agency or within an advertising or marketing environment.
  • CRM and content strategy experience.
  • Telecom and/or tech brand experience especially within with the B2B space is a plus. Experience working with Adobe, Marketo, and other tech stacks preferable.
  • A self-starter who is competent in independent settings.
  • Has ability to navigate ambiguity, provide clarity and focus for cross-functional teams and proactively navigate client organizations.

Compensation Range: $73,500 - $123,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
