Job Description

Studio Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the New York studio space, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Manage Studio bookings, equipment rentals, supplied and internal budget.

• Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and freelancers as needed.

• Create and maintain a positive and collaborative studio environment for the team.

Content Production:

• Plan and execute creative content across various platforms, including photography, videography, and digital media.

• Support the creation of engaging visual and video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and other

promotional materials.

• Ensure content is delivered on time and within budget.

• Act as Production Assistant support on larger productions.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices for photography and videography.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role, including studio management, content production, and photography.

• Strong proficiency in photography and videography equipment and software.

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative content ideas.

• Strong leadership and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $64,500-$101,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
