Job Description

Supervise and manage OOH team and media investment (including traditional, non-traditional and experiential) by negotiating, placing and maintaining all buys across account list.

Your Impact:

  • Manage day to day OOH planning and buying duties across top tier, National and Local accounts from start to finish (including contracting, buy stewardship and post campaign analysis)
  • Work closely with Strategy team to ensure plan recommendations meet client strategies and objectives and are sent in a timely manner
  • Oversee and manage OOH budgets including monthly spend reports and billing discrepancies
  • Negotiate with vendors to hit savings and budget goals
  • Present to clients and strategy team
  • Lead, manage and train junior staff
  • Provide POVs and evaluations
  • Stay on top of industry trends, bringing new and innovative thinking to clients
  • Attend and participate in agency training sessions

Qualifications

  • 3-4+ yrs OOH Planning/Buying experience
  • Strong understanding of the OOH industry and key vendors across large and small markets
  • Knowledge of OOH Media metrics and use of planning tools including Telmar, SQAD, Geopath,
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills; excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience speaking and presenting to clients directly
  • Detail-oriented, must be able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing and training entry-level staff
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
