Please note that this position requires being in our New York office 3x/week.

• Plan and oversee execution of paid social media plan; is responsible for results analysis
• Play a lead role in strategy development across primary social partners – maintaining proven relationships and bringing new ideas to the table
• Develop, optimize, and maintain paid social and native advertising campaigns for clients, including coordination of assets, budget management, and reporting
• Maintain and optimize client campaigns to improve overall performance against pre-determined benchmarks on an ongoing basis
• Analyzing and reporting data on a daily / weekly / bi-weekly / monthly & ad-hoc basis

• Strong familiarity with 3rd-party tracking vendors and integrating with social platforms
• Hands-on-keyboard paid social experience in Facebook Ads/Business Manager and other digital channel experience (organic social, programmatic display, SEM) is a plus 
• Demonstrable experience working on enterprise level paid social media accounts with large budgets 
• Process-oriented, with the ability to juggle many tasks at one time - time management skills are critical

“Compensation Range: $46,500 - $68,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
