Job Description

Publicis Media Exchange has a re-imagined Local Media bringing together our Collective, Spark, Starcom, and Zenith agency brands. Discover the difference that PMX has to offer. The Publicis Media Exchange activates across all local media channels too, including Television, Radio, Streaming Audio, and Digital Video (OTT/CTV/VOD).

You will report to the Vice President, Local Investment.

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.

You will:

  • Build schedules for medium ranked or medium complexity markets based on client guidelines for Local Video and Audio
  • Collaborate with Supervisor to use PMX benchmarks within Investment of Local video and audio campaigns
  • Input and optimize any sports and special campaigns previously negotiated for assigned clients and markets by the Specialist Team, communicate with the team any issues
  • Monitor and optimize delivery of Local Video and Audio investments within flight when current data is available
  • Report and monitor preemption and makegood levels with Client Leads and Analysts, and work with sellers to drive improvement
  • Provide main data to marketplace behaviors throughout the year utilizing the Hotsheet for nuances and input
  • Monitor and inform Client Leads of marketplace pricing updates
  • Advocate for multicultural & diversity inclusion through Investments. Champion the 4As Fair Play Charter and all other diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Conduct all post buy performance tasks including override input and rationale documentation, final delivery reporting, securing and tracking owed ADU/UDW

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build schedules for medium ranked or medium complexity markets based on client guidelines for Local Video and Audio
  • Collaborate with Supervisor to use PMX benchmarks within Investment of Local video and audio campaigns
  • Work with Supervisor to adhere to the most updated client buying guidelines for assigned clients
  • Build schedules based on client guidelines for Local Video and Audio
  • Input and optimize any sports and special campaigns previously negotiated for assigned clients and markets by the Specialist Team, communicate with the team any issues
  • Integrate PMX partner deals within schedules for Local Video and Audio
  • Monitor and optimize delivery of Local Video and Audio investments within flight when current data is available
  • Report and monitor preemption and makegood levels with Client Leads and Analysts, and work with sellers to drive improvement
  • Provide key data to marketplace behaviors throughout the year utilizing the Hotsheet for nuances and input
  • Monitor and inform Client Leads of marketplace pricing updates
  • Advocate for multicultural & diversity inclusion through Investments. Champion the 4As Fair Play Charter and all other diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Mentor Associate Negotiators on strategies across Local Video and Audio Channels
  • Conduct all post buy performance tasks including override input and rationale documentation, final delivery reporting, securing and tracking owed ADU/UDW

Qualifications

  • 2-4 Years Local Video and Audio Investment
  • Strong math skills
  • Strong understanding of Local Investment measurement including Nielsen & Comscore
  • Collaborative
  • Experience with multiple media platforms (HMX, Media Ocean (SpectraOX & PRISMA))

Compensation Range: $58,500 - $84,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
