Job Description

Position Summary

Provides administrative and operational support including maintaining records, processing documents, performing research and supporting day-to-day office functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with Customer Service on payment issues including check loss and re-issuance
  • Research tenant inquiries, unclaimed property and delinquent tenant payments
  • Process and determine action steps on incoming mail
  • Respond to basic inquiries and route messages as needed
  • Organize, scan, file, and retrieve physical and electronic documents
  • Support internal teams with reporting and general clerical tasks
  • Follow company procedures for recordkeeping and confidentiality

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous clerical, administrative, or office support experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite (including excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
