Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are excited to announce an internal opportunity for a Key Training Professional (KTP) to join our team. As KTP, you will provide training and development for both new and experienced Property Managers and enhance high levels of performance throughout the assigned district.
Job Description
As a Key Training Professional, your main responsibilities include ensuring Property Managers receive proper training and necessary resources, aligning training programs with company strategies and goals, and supporting key Field Operations initiatives. You will utilize Public Storage Learning and Development programs, facilitate new Team Member Training, and provide feedback to new managers. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Field Training Manager to formulate training policies, procedures, and standards. Furthermore, you will serve as a district training resource after the formal Property Manager training period.
Qualifications
- At least one year of tenure with Public Storage
- Above average performance standing and/or as designated by District Manager
- A valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation used during the workday, except in select markets.
- Last performance rating of "Meets" or above, based on tenure and review cycle

Starting Wage Rate: $17.75
Your individual wage rate is determined by tenure, merit increases, A-property or KTP status.
