At Public Outreach we specialize in genuine, respectful conversations with the public to facilitate world-changing funds for Nonprofits that are, literally, changing the world! From getting them the budget to develop lifesaving medications in war zones, to building schools for young women and girls in some of the world’s darkest regions, Public Outreach’s goal remains to help by providing and acquiring donations. You will be calling individuals who previously spoke to one of our face to face fundraisers and requested a follow up. We don't do any cold calls!

Training and upward mobility!

Not only will you receive training materials that we have honed for years, you will also receive manager mentorship, and lots of support. Instead of one big office with an elite management team, we have many small ones. This gives offices autonomy, team culture, little hierarchy and lots of learning opportunities!

• Thorough and comprehensive in office and on the job training period to set you up for success

• Flexible schedules - you choose the days (minimum 3 shifts / week)

• Evenings are essential for success - most people work from 1 - 9pm, but we’re flexible!

• Guaranteed Hourly Wage. No Commission

• Must be comfortable engaging people in conversation

• Possess an open and growth mindset while being open to regular feedback

Qualifications or Equivalent Experience

• Public Speakers

• Community Organizers / activists

• Sales Experience

• Actors or Performing Artists can put their improvisational skills to work here!

• Athletes with strong team player mentalities and self driven attitudes determined to succeed.

• Excellent Communication Skills and a Clear Phone Voice

• Energetic and Upbeat

• Outspoken and confident

• Thrives in a work environment in which critical thinking and on-going learning are encouraged!
