Job Description

PubMatic UK is looking to hire an ambitious, customer-focused and tech savvy intern to join the London team. This 3 month internship will give you a great foundation to launch a career in digital/programmatic sales and/or advertising.

As part of the internship, your time will be split between three PubMatic teams:

Publisher Development team– Responsible for identifying prospective publisher partners and managing them throughout the sales funnel from prospect to customer.

Customer Success team – Responsible for the relationship management of PubMatic’s existing publisher partners, increasing yield through day to day relationship maintenance and upsell/cross sell opportunities.

Advertiser Solutions team – Responsible for driving demand for PubMatic’s publishers through our buying partners.

Responsibilities

  • General support of the Publisher Development, Customer Success and Advertiser Solutions teams
  • Salesforce.com administration
  • Researching and developing new publisher prospects
  • Auditing and editing our programmatic direct (PMP) offers

Qualifications

  • Degree in business, media or a related field
  • Interest in advertising technology
  • Impatience - must want to get things done now!
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to prioritise multiple functions and manage work time efficiently
  • Self-directed, problem solver with a desire to contribute to PubMatic’s success
  • Team player with strong interpersonal, teamwork and organisation skills
  • High-energy individual with a friendly personality and a customer-service mind-set
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience of salesforce.com or other CRM system an advantage
