Job Description

We have a new opportunity, Campaign Manager, Advertiser Solutions who will be responsible for working with PubMatic’s premium buyers, including, DSPs and Trading Desks in a day-to-day fashion. 

This dynamic role is positioned to maximize the impact of advertising campaigns with a persistent focus on client objectives. The Campaign Manager will be charged with ensuring that we meet and exceed PubMatic revenue and optimization goals while delivering outstanding service to our buyers and publishers. 

They will be responsible for driving the successful pairing of media buyer’s campaign objectives against PubMatic’s publisher advertising inventory and audience segments. The Campaign Manager will be an organized, detail-oriented team player with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. A positive attitude and professional demeanor is essential along with the flexibility to work in a rapidly changing and sales focused environment.  Also, the Campaign Manager will be knowledgeable in the online industry and communicate with clients via multiple communication methods including in-person. This role acts as the quarterback for customer happiness.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Understand PubMatic’s technology and media solutions from an intellectual and applied perspective; transfer that knowledge to buyers
  • Actively create, monitor and terminate PMP deals by stated book of buyers
  • Quarterback Deal creation process, deal set up with publisher, QC process and buyer outreach
  • Prepare, lead and present regular strategy meetings around revenue performance reports to buyers
  • Active collaboration with Marketing & Sales Development teams to create inventory packages
  • Build and monitor reporting to support revenue performance management
  • Work directly with buyers on a day-to-day basis on relationship management providing excellent customer service resulting in high publisher approval rates, timely receipt and activation & optimization of campaigns.
  • Build and maintain close working relationships with multiple departments including: Publisher Sales, Ad Operations, Accounting, Engineering and Product Management

Qualifications

  • 2 years of recent work experience in online advertising and specifically display advertising or working for an Ad Network, DSP or Trading Desk
  • Preferred experience in account management or yield management
  • Flexibility and an ability and willingness to think strategically and act tactically
  • Very strong analytical thinking abilities
  • Very strong project management and organization skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively to a C-level audience
  • Desire and willingness to learn and work hard
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and under tight timelines
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
