Senior UX Designer London £60K- £65K

Senior UX Designer, Digital Projects, Sketch and Zeplin, IOS, Android

Experience:

·Significant industry experience (e-commerce in particular) in a predominantly client-side UI design role, high-volume B2C/B2B role.

·Designing for web and one app platform (iOS or Android) or app design expertise for both iOS and Android

·Working with visual style guides and knowledge around aligning designs with code component libraries.

·Designing for interaction design and prototype building.

·Designing in Sketch and exporting to Zeplinfor development.

·Prepping screens and prototypes for remote user testing platforms (e.g. What Users Do) a big plus.

·Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a design and larger UX&D team

·Possessing good business acumen to know how design can affect overall business and commercial goals as well as user sentiment.

·Stakeholder management experience across numerous departments.

·Working collaboratively with other disciplines.

·Working with UX Research and UX Design to help integrate findings, UX best practice and other user centric recommendations into compelling UI designs.

·Knowledge of how to express brand values within UI - how to balance elements of the brand tool kit with product and usability objectives.

Skills:

·Must be able to execute at an expert level of design craft and organisation with minimal guidance by the creative director/Head of UX&D.

·Lead multiple projects from a UI perspective and help foster UI and digital design collaboration within UX&D.

·Support cross-functional team workflows with the ultimate goal of contributing to a world-class product design team.

·Be able to sell and defend design work to non-design stakeholders in the business.
