Job Purpose:  

Plan, design and implement strategies, lead team to expand markets, to provide excellent service to customers and achievement of set revenue /profitability targets.

Job Description:

  • Sales: Prepare Annual Business Plan in line with market potential objectives, Analyze market, decide targets for channels/ locations, monitor activities of sales force, interact with key customers, identify and target potential customers, resolve customer complaints, negotiate to achieve better margins, interact with accounts dept   for ensuring timely payment updates and meet agreed principal commitments
  • Business Development: Receive market feedback, devise and execute promotion activities and schemes for various channels Support team on development of new dealers, institutional customers and garages. Identifying new business areas and new products to expand market reach and increase revenue.
  • Team Management: Facilitate training of staff on catalogue and selling aspects, decide periodic job rotations for skill enhancement, establish goals and performance measures for staff based on individual and market potential, carry out performance appraisals to motivate team and facilitate achievement of targets.

 

Qualifications

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Thorough knowledge of Auto Parts and Market;
  • Parts Catalogue; etc.;
  • Customer Service Orientation;
  • Excellent Presentation and Communication

Skills;

  • Negotiation Skills;
  • MS Office and Inventory tools knowledge;
  • Knowledge of Retail
  • business transaction;
  • Analytical ability;
  • Team player and Leadership qualities.

Major KRA’s would include but not limited to:

  • Revenue and Profitability target achievement.
  • Customer network expansion
