Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT Security Auditor to join our Internal Control & Audit Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of information technology infrastructure, systems, and processes in accordance with regulatory standards, company policies and global best practice. This role is critical in identifying IT risks and providing recommendations to enhance our control environment, ensuring the integrity, security, and efficiency of our IT operations.
Responsibilities:
▪ Conduct regular IT audits to assess the management, control, and governance of the
firm's technology environment.
▪ Review IT policies, procedures, and operations to ensure compliance with applicable
laws, regulations, and standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR, NDPR, PCI-DSS).
▪ Evaluate IT infrastructure, applications, and operations for security vulnerabilities and
risks.
▪ Prepare detailed audit plans and reports, presenting audit findings and
recommendations to senior management.
▪ Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement audit recommendations and
improve internal controls and operational efficiency.
▪ Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and perform follow-up audits to
ensure compliance and improvement.
▪ Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and IT auditing standards.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related
field.
▪ Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security
Professional (CISSP), or similar certification highly preferred.
▪ 3+ years of experience in IT audit, IT risk management, or a related field, preferably in
the financial services industry.
▪ Strong understanding of IT audit methodologies, IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT,
ITIL), and risk assessment techniques.
▪ Proficient in using audit tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.

▪ Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present
complex information clearly and concisely.
▪ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
▪ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
and with personnel at all levels of the organization.
