Job Description

Requirements: Only candidates with experience in Access control devices such as CCTV, intrusion detection, alarm systems, and biometrics solutions should apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise what material to install after getting the customer's needs and advise on the product to use.
  • Do a site survey, give a detailed report in a diagram design
  • Developing a good relationship with customers and partners.

  • Providing customer satisfaction through negotiation.

  • Implementing operational changes with proper planning and strategy.

  • Understanding the needs and preferences of the customer and ensuring that they are fulfilled.

  • Meeting the customers and brief them on the policies and procedures of the company.

  • Meeting the customers and briefing them with the policies and procedures of the company.
  • Training and mentoring the staff whenever required.
  • Discussing the new strategies and policies with other concerned departments. 

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in deploying assess control devices across all sectors
  • Must have technical knowledge of access control devices such as CCTV, intrusion detection, Alarm systems, biometrics solutions, etc
  • Rich network and relationship with OEMs for assessing control solutions and security solutions
  • Must know how to supervise a project and the team 
  • Skilled in site survey and technical know-how of security solutions
  • Certification and experience in project management and safety implementations on-site
  • Minimum of BSc certificate and education level.
  • Must have led a team in selling and implementing assess and security solutions.
  • Skilled and competent in customer engagement and management.
  • Possess quality network and relationship for field engineers for security solutions.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
