Job Description
- Financial & Analysis: Assisting with accounting and financial activities, including treasury, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, income statements, revenue development, loan servicing, and financial reporting.
- Month-end closure analysis and reporting to Management. Risk management and control. Efficient use of SAP ERP.
- BRS, Cash flow planning, working capital productivity and building banking facilities. Daily monitoring of currency and credit exposures.
- Liasoning with auditors on the finalization and of yearly statutory accounts
- Business Partnering: Building confluence of strategy and execution, closely working with manufacturing teams
- Non-negotiable governance. Implementing core processes and controls. Compliance with all the financial and legal requirements, responsibilities, and obligations, including statutory obligations.
- Performance Analysis, Variance analysis with root cause explanation
- Supervising and reviewing general ledger postings in the system and maintaining relevance and consistency to Group Finance standards.
- Leading and managing the finance and accounts team.
Qualifications
- FMCG Experience is a must
- At least 10 years experience
- Accounting qualification is a must.
