Job Summary:
The Head of Marketing is a high-level executive responsible for overseeing the marketing strategies for the organisation.He/she will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans that align with the company goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Know stakeholders – Community/Members, corporate, internal, and external.
- Engage, liaise, and create rapport with all levels of stakeholders internally and externally
- Plan, budget and execute community-related events.
- Identify, plan, and execute social investment initiatives at the Branch level
- Oversee planning to execution of launch events in the product
- Increasing the company’s footprint within corporate spaces through wellness events/education and alliance.
- Be the brand ambassador, that aligns with the company’s vision, mission, and purpose to connect with the community at large.
- Ensure a world-class member experience within and outside our clubs
- Ensure brand, health and safety are adhered to during and around Company events
- Team up with the operational, fitness and sales teams to support the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly objectives; and any other related duties that may be assigned to you.
- Collaborating with related departments to reach targeted customers using innovative strategies
- Improving brand recognition through organized marketing campaigns for the purpose of generating (targeted) new acquisitions.
- Build and maintain the i-Fitness community of existing members. Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
- Monitor and report on feedback and member surveys/reviews
- Interface with customers, conducting customer engagement initiatives, and ensuring customers are fully integrated into the Company

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10 years experience as Head of Marketing or similar roles.
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Corporate Communications, business administration,or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus.
- Must have Marketing, Branding,and experiential marketing..
