Job Description

Responsibilities

 Conduct regular patrol to various locations
 Oversee the control and command Centre
 Review weekly reports from all locations and address all issues that
require follow up action/response
 Coordinate all periodic security surveys for all locations
 Oversee planning and coordination of all special duties (events security,
external training, escort services)
 Facilitate training programs
 Champion investigation incidents at all locations, make
recommendations and implement same
 Validate monthly staff Nominal Roll
 Maintain database of incidents/ security infractions to feed training
programs
 Liaise with public law enforcement agencies and fire departments
 Operationalize all new engagements (conduct security survey
negotiate contract terms, resource-personnel equipment and SOP
 Any other management Ad-hoc assignments

Qualifications

  • Minimum HND/Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 10years working experience in Industrial security with a Private Security Company
