1. Create visual artefacts to articulate, inform and validate ideas with consumers and stakeholders (prototypes, wireframes, sketches, journey maps, personas etc).
2. Stay current on all the tools, principles and practices in product design, prototyping and development, and drive for continuous improvement.
3. Work across multiples product teams to provide thought leadership and create intuitive and elegant product design solutions that solve complex consumer problems and drive business results.
4. Collect and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research to inform and validate design decision
5. Collaborate (and lead/facilitate collaboration) with Product Managers, Designers, Analysts and Developers throughout the discovery, design and development process.
6. Advocate for high standards of excellence in providing delightful and rewarding user experiences, and proactively support the team in achieving them.

1. Experience using design and engineering tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Balsamiq, MIRO, Figma etc
2. 3-7 Years of cognitive experience
3. Experience designing solutions for web, mobile and tablet applications
4. Experience creating customer journey maps, user flows and wireframes
5. Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative user research
6. Experience with Agile development processes
7. Portfolio or work samples showcasing UX prowess, creativity and depth of thought coupled with fluency in best practices for UX Design, Visual Design and Front – End Development
8. Experience creating and managing brand libraries and visual guidelines.
