Summary
- Leading a team of training Coaches that will drive operational capability by enabling continuous learning, conducting capability assessments and providing training interventions and workshops for restaurant teams across a geographic area.
- To lead training coaches and drive operational capability by enabling continuous learning, capability building and providing training interventions and workshops for restaurant management and staff
Responsibilities:
- Focused Training Coach Audits In-Store and In-Store Capability Assessments, this includes Identifying and assessing future and current training needs
- Providing on-the-job coaching, training interventions and workshops such as drawing an overall or individualized training and development plan
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
- Deploy and/or customize a wide variety of training methods
- Ensure effective induction and orientation sessions
- Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
- Manage training budget
- Provide opportunities for ongoing development
- Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
Qualifications
- Min 5 years’ experience in a training and /facilitating role
- Experience in Learning Zone at any Yum or Yum franchise restaurant groups
- Previous proven experience in being able to deliver functional training to a group of people
- Good understanding of the current operational training landscape
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization
- The ability to inspire confidence and motivate participants
- The ability to assess gaps and solve problems effectively
- Determination and patience
- Good organisation skills
- A sensitive and supportive approach
