Propra is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated student to join our highly motivated and talented team as an Operations Intern. This is a full-time 4 month term starting January 3, 2022, with the possibility of extension to 8 months based on performance. This is open to post-secondary students, currently enrolled in your 3rd or 4th year, and who are returning to full-time or part-time studies after completing the work term. Candidates must be located in Calgary or open to relocate for on-site work. 

What you'll be doing:

• Support new customers with platform onboarding ensuring they are set up for success
• Provide exceptional customer support and case management to troubleshoot and problem solve issues and requests
• Contribute to and maintain Propra’s resource hub for customer support and platform documentation 
• Support strategies around filling the lead funnel by identifying ideal prospects, and reaching out to applicable contacts through various channels
