Commercial Property Manager – Are you looking for a part-time opportunity either working 2-3 days a week or reduced hours over a 5 day week?

We have an opportunity available for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join an established consultancy based in Southampton. You will be overseeing a portfolio of commercial assets, including retail units, offices, and industrial sites. 

Role & responsibilities of Commercial Propety Manager

  • Carrying out rent & lease reviews
  • Service Charge Management and Budgeting
  • Site inspections, ensuring compliance with all legal documentation
  • Proactive and reactive maintenance
  • Dealing with contractors and attending tenant meetings 

Skills & experience of Commercial Property Manager

  • Ideally MRICS qualified but not essential
  • 3 Years plus Commercial Management experience
  • A full working knowledge of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985
  • Experience in preparing budgets, lease & rent reviews
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills

Salary & Benefits:

  • Part time opportunity to either work 2-3 days a week or reduced hours over 4-5 days
  • £neg depending on experience
  • 25 days starting holiday (pro-rata)
  • Pension
