Role & Responsibilities:

• Building surveys
• Condition surveys
• Writing specifications, preparing tenders and contract documentation
• Contract administration
• Project management and supervision of works
• Preparing schedules of dilapidations

Skills & Experience:

• MRICS
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Driving licence
