Commercial Property Surveyor - Client side - Portsmouth

Excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Surveyor to join the property and investment team assisting with the management of a multi-million pound property portfolio. They have a diverse portfolio including commercial, retail, industrial and leisure assets totalling £1bn in value.

Role & Responsibilities of Commercial Property Surveyor:

• Day-to-day property management of the portfolio - new lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews and various landlord and tenant work
• Managing and advising on acquisitions, disposals and lease restructures
• Instigating, negotiating, and agreeing a wide range of lease and licence agreements 
• Assisting with valuations of all types of property
• Mentoring and support to graduate and trainee surveyor

Skills & Experience:

• MRICS 
• Experience managing commercial portfolio - either client side or consultancy
• Knowledge and experience of Landlord and Tenant work
• Acquisitions and disposals experience

Salary & Benefits:

• £35,000 - £42,000
• 37 hours per week with option of flexible working
• 26 days holiday rising with length of service
