They have broad experience across a range of sectors both in the UK and internationally including commercial, retail, leisure, utilities, rail and public sector. They continually have enquiries for building surveying requirements, so are looking for an individual who can fulfil these requests and build on them.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Building surveys
• Condition surveys
• Dilapidations
• Party wall
• Project management
• Networking & business development
• Developing strong client relationships

Skills & Experience: 

• MRICS Qualified
• Broad range of experience in professional and project work
• Strong networker

Salary & Benefits:

• £45K – £60K
