Your key accountabilities include:

• Delivering business process methodology to clients to optimize operations
• Working on site with clients and influencing change in their organizations
• Interacting with all levels of the organization from CEO to front line workers
• Taking part in daily team huddles and weekly training sessions
• Demonstrating productivity through KPI’s and hitting pre-determined targets
• Presenting yourself professionally to clients and building trusting relationships
• Creating blog content on downtime to reflect on learnings and experiences
• Working towards LEAN Certification and Change Management certification during first 6 months (Weekly training and costs of certifications are provided)
• Occasional travel may be required.

You are an ambitious, strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who takes on new challenges with enthusiasm. You are open to new experiences and eager to work with our diverse range of clients. In the past, you have made a quantifiable difference to your organization through process improvement. You don’t need to have prior consultancy experience, but you do have a willingness to learn and a passion for leading teams towards measurable change.

Your qualifications include:

• Confident interacting with and presenting in front of all levels of organizations from Senior Level Executives to front line workers
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Experience with Process Mapping tools and Techniques including BPMN
• Comfortable using the full Microsoft Office Suite, with superior Excel and Visio skills.
• Results focused and highly organized
• Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) with an excellent command of English
• Experience writing proposals and delivering client excellence in a project setting considered an asset
• Knowledge of exceptional customer service and understanding of the customer journey
• Experience working within the Service Delivery Sector, Financial Sector, Public Sector or Manufacturing Environment a bonus
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience with a university degree; Professional Designation (PMP, Lean Certification) is a bonus
• Additional accreditation in Project Management, Lean/Six Sigma, Operations, Consulting or related fields is a bonus
