Job Description

We’re searching for a Marketing Services liaison with a strong background in client communication. You will interact with our clients via an email ticket system to deliver and coordinate approval on blog articles, social media posts, and eBooks. 

Ideal candidates will be able to work eight-hour shifts either early in the morning (starting around 6am MNL time) or late in the evening (finishing around 11pm) so there is overlap between our daytime staff in Bangkok and US business hours.

As a front-line position, you will have a responsibility to ensure that our clients have an extraordinary service experience that builds strong relationships. 

 

Job responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with clients and Pronto Marketing writers on blog topics and finalized articles
  • Coordinating with clients and Pronto Marketing writers on social media posts 
  • Coordinating with clients and Pronto Marketing writers on eBook content and accompanying promotional campaigns
  • Publishing approved content to clients’ websites, social media profiles, and email newsletters
  • Responding to and resolving support requests associated with Marketing Services services.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • A very strong English proficiency with excellent writing and verbal communication skills
