Job Description

  • Manage payroll processes, prepare payroll calculations and ensure the completeness and correctness of the payroll process within a timeline
  • Prepare monthly reports and yearly reports related to Social Security, Revenue Department, Disabled Department, Department of Skill Development, etc. within time frames
  • Prepare and manage Provident Fund, Social Security Fund, Taxes, Gratuity, Bonus etc.
  • Organize and implement an in-house training, on the job training and development programs by coordinating with team. 
  • Responsible for day-to-day functional HR Department for any questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company, Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects as required
  • Support auditor and deal with Governments: Labor Department, Immigration, BOI, Social Security, Revenue Department, Disabled Department, Department of Skill Development for submitting reports and any matters as necessary

Qualifications

  • Thai nationality Only
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resource or other related subject
  • Experience at least 3-5 years in HR payroll is a must and some experiences in Training and development
  • Good knowledge in HR, Thai labour law, Social Security Law, Pension fund and related HR compliances
  • Good command of spoken and written English, equivalent to a TOEIC score of 550 or higher
  • Attention to detail, can do attitude, positive, responsible, results oriented and strong service mind
  • Good accountability with perform duties of a sensitive and confidential concerned
  • Computer-literate, experience with Google apps and good working with Excel
