We’re searching for a marketing producer that wants to build a strong and dynamic base in managing marketing activities and client relations. This position provides a platform to build your marketing career, learn and employ best practices to implement and execute marketing solutions. You will be working directly with our clients via an email ticket system managing their various marketing service subscriptions from end to end on a daily basis. 

Most of our clients are located in the US so we typically work on a flexible shift as it allows us to collaborate with our Bangkok-based team and communicate with our US-based clients.

We are focused on producing positive marketing results for our clients. As a front-line position, you have a responsibility to ensure that our clients have an extraordinary service experience that builds strong relationships. 

Responsibilities include:

• Managing monthly email newsletters for ~80 clients, which involves selecting content, creating campaigns, and getting approval from clients.
• Managing service subscriptions for social media content, eBooks, blogs and design services for over ~30 clients by coordinating with writers, designers, developers
• Responding to incoming requests from clients pertaining to the marketing services
• Hands-on training will be provided but you’ll be expected to partake in self-study materials as well

As you go, the role may evolve depending on performance, interests and opportunities. You will have an opportunity to get involved in different areas of managing marketing services and their production workflow.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree and 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Have a very strong English proficiency with excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Ability to speak confidently and assertively to gain the trust of clients and team members
• Keen eye for detail and quality, having a sense of ownership of the job and responsibility for quality control
• You are a fast learner and a team player - Ability to catch up with a fast-paced and dynamic & cross-cultural team environment to intermediate the production processes
• Loves to solve problems and make decisions confidently
• Present in Thailand for the interview

Preferred Qualifications:

• Doesn't mind getting on a call with clients, if needed
• Experience with online marketing tools such as Campaign Monitor and  Google Analytics
• Experience in HTML/CSS and WordPress 
• Familiarity with Zendesk Google Drive, Photoshop, Trello
