Job Description

We are looking for an HR officer to handle recruitment process, training and development and administration-centered support to our cool staffs and join to Pronto family.

  • Handling all recruitment process: Posting job, Screening, make appointment for interview, interviewing process, selecting the right candidate until preparing the contract for new hire
  • Handling the recruitment application for up to date and sorting & filing staffs data
  • Prepare primary report related with recruitment process such as job ads summary, etc
  • Preparing orientation with follow up for probation period
  • Organize and implement an in-house training, on the job training and development programs by coordinate with team. • Handling company meeting and activities
  • Handling internship program
  • Support applications in applying for Visa, WP, BOI, as well as the check in process
  • Responsible for day-to-day functional HR Department for any questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company, Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines
  • Undertake ad-hoc development projects as required

Qualifications

 

  • Thai Nationality
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Business Administration or other related subject
  • At least 2 years experience in Recruitment, Training and development
  • Good communication both in Thai and English [TOEIC score of 550 is a must]
  • Positive, can do attitude, creative, responsible, results oriented and strong service mind
  • Good accountability with perform duties of a sensitive and confidential concerned
  • Knowledge of Thai Labor Law / Social Security Law / BOI would be highly plus
  • Experience with Google sheet, Google doc, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
