Job Description
Responsibilities:
Customize coverage needs & execute sales approach to sell company products
Establishing and maintaining customer relationships
Meet sales goals and objectives as established
Grow sales revenue through daily grassroot marketing activities; referrals, networking, company events, cold-calling, and lead databases
Complete and submit forms timely to meet policy requirements
Calculate premiums and establish payment method and process payments
Assist customer with communication of insurance claims to ensure quality customer service
Contact policyholders to follow up on various matters such as, payment requests, suspensions, renewals, and policy cancellations.
Transportation needed for daily marketing and bank deposits
Ensures cleanliness of agency location and exhibits company standards
Qualifications
Education and Experience Required:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of one year sales or customer service experience
Applicants must be ready and able to pass licensing through The State of California or have current license (required for continued employment)
Must be bilingual in English & Spanish, required.
