Responsibilities:

• Customize coverage needs & execute sales approach to sell company products

• Establishing and maintaining customer relationships

• Meet sales goals and objectives as established

• Grow sales revenue through daily grassroot marketing activities; referrals, networking, company events, cold-calling, and lead databases

• Complete and submit forms timely to meet policy requirements

• Calculate premiums and establish payment method and process payments

• Assist customer with communication of insurance claims to ensure quality customer service

• Contact policyholders to follow up on various matters such as, payment requests, suspensions, renewals, and policy cancellations.

• Transportation needed for daily marketing and bank deposits

• Ensures cleanliness of agency location and exhibits company standards

Education and Experience Required:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum of one year sales or customer service experience

• Applicants must be ready and able to pass licensing through The State of California or have current license (required for continued employment)

• Must be bilingual in English & Spanish, required.
