Job Description
CLYRO | Marketing Intern, Content & Growth
Marketing Intern - Content & Growth
Remote (India) | Full-time Internship | 3-6 months | Reports to Product Team | 0-1 year experience
Clyro is the Agent Kernel - the reliability infrastructure layer that makes AI agents production-ready. We provide runtime governance: loop detection, cost bounds, step limits, and business logic guardrails that prevent failures before they happen. We are post-launch with early users, a live PLG funnel, and real developer traction. Now we need someone to help us show up loudly and consistently in the places our audience lives.
THE ROLE
This is a single intern role spanning two closely linked functions: creating content and distributing it across social media and developer platforms. You will own the full loop - from a draft article to a published post and the thread that drives traffic back to it. You will have direct access to the leadership team, real ownership from day one, and zero bureaucracy in your way.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Content creation
~50% of the role
• Take drafted articles through editorial review, SEO/AEO optimisation, and publication on Ghost.
• Write 1-2 pieces per week: blog posts, newsletter editions, and short-form formats.
• Maintain the 13-week rolling editorial calendar in sync with the team.
• Conduct keyword research and track performance via Plausible and Clarity.
• Ensure every piece meets Clyro's standard: technically credible, sharp, and fluff-free.
• Assist with improving landing page copy in Framer.
Distribution & community
~50% of the role
• Run Clyro's LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and developer community presence day to day: posts, threads, replies, and engagement.
• Repurpose published content into platform-native formats such as threads, carousels, and short takes.
• Launch and manage the Clyro newsletter on Beehiiv; build toward 500 subscribers.
• Identify developer communities, Discords, and Slack groups where our audience is active.
• Monitor AI agent conversations and engage where relevant.
• Track engagement, open rates, and list growth, and report weekly on what is working.
YOU'RE A FIT IF
✓ You do not wait for a brief; you spot gaps and move.
✓ You can take a rough draft and make it publishable without losing technical depth.
✓ You understand what makes developer-facing content land versus what sounds like marketing fluff.
✓ You are active on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and developer communities, and you understand what works on each platform.
✓ You know basic SEO: keyword research, search intent, and on-page structure.
✓ You use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to work faster, not to think for you.
✓ You are comfortable with ambiguity and can unblock yourself without a playbook.
✓ You have published B2B, SaaS, or dev-tool content. Personal projects count.
NICE TO HAVE
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts: LLMs, agents, LangChain, and observability.
• Hands-on experience with Ghost, Beehiiv, Framer, Plausible, or Clarity.
• Active presence in AI or developer communities across Discord, Twitter/X, or newsletters.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or Clearscope.
• Writing experience for technical infrastructure or developer audiences.
• Prior internship at an early-stage or pre-revenue startup.
WHAT WE PROVIDE
Content momentum
Published articles, draft pipeline, and a live 13-week editorial calendar.
Clear strategy
Positioning, content strategy, defined personas, and SEO keywords already mapped.
Direct access
Work directly with the leadership team - no layers and no bureaucracy.
AI workflows
AI-augmented content processes already built into the workflow.
Real ownership
Meaningful impact from day one at a ground-floor, pre-revenue startup.
Fast learning curve
A front-row seat to PLG, developer GTM, and AI-agent infrastructure positioning.
HOW TO APPLY
• A short note on why this role interests you.
• 1-2 writing samples. B2B or technical content is preferred; personal or freelance work is fine.
• 2-3 examples of social content you have written, preferably for developer communities or developer-oriented platforms.
We care more about your judgment and instincts than your follower count or years of experience. If you are fast, proactive, and able to figure things out, we want to hear from you.
